The Purpose of our electives?

The idea behind the electives is that we can sequentially and intentionally move through a process of learning to enable spiritual growth.

Electives follow a sequence of teaching focused on application.

Whether you are new to church or a “lifer,” there is a place for you to start and continue forward in your spiritual development.

Elective classes are:

101-102     How a Christian Thinks:  What are the foundations of Christian doctrine and teaching?

201-202    How a Christian Lives: How do we understand our identiiy in Christ and pursue a relationship with him through spiritual disciplines like fasting, prayer, etc?

301-302    How a Christian Serves: How do we understand what spiritual gifts are and how we ought to use them for the sake of the church? How do we also serve our community?

401-402    Varied topics:  Someone that has been through all the classes can attend this class which will change every term and cover a wide variety of topics.
