A healthy, new, 1-hour, group fitness class for women, offering restorative and strengthening movements, along with encouragement from God's Word. With vast modifications, this class is perfect for all ages, body types, & levels of fitness. Easy on the joints, this 8-week class will allow you to invest in your health alongside your sisters-in-Christ.
Classes will be The BOX (the building in the upper parking lot behind the main church building)
Suggested donation:
$5/week for an 8-week session may be paid in class or pay $40 online for the full 8 weeks
Yoga mat recommended, but not required,
All participants must complete a waiver available at the first class.
About the instructor: GBC member Lindsay Freidhoff has been trained by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and the Aerobics & Fitness Association of America. She also has a Bachelor's degree in health science and several years' experience in both personal training and teaching group fitness.
